I Had a leak on my new-used Spa.The problem was that the whole underside if the Spa is solid foam. I started to chip it off with a claw hammer but was concerned about hitting a line and causing more damage. My solution was to use a pressure washer, 3000psi. The washer cut right through the foam and did not damage any of the plumbing. It took about 2.5 Hours to uncover all the lines and jets to inspect for damage. I found the problem (a cracked water manifold) ordered a new one and as soon as it comes in I will be back in the spa business. I will have a company that sprays foam insulation reinstall the missing foam as soon as I am sure there are no more leaks. I hope that this might help someone else ,it sure made my life easier .

Ya know, that is exactly what I was going to try next, regarding the high pressure washer. I have a spa that needs it's insulation removed and that was what I was going to try... Guess great minds think alike eh? LOL

Congrats on helping a countless many that will run into that situation!
