hello,

i have an image paradise spa and my jets on one side have no flow.

they worked fine until recently i was making adjustments in water chemistry and had both pumps and the blower running for about an hour.

along with the jets not working, the volcano jet suddenly started putting out more flow, up to then it had not been much of a volcano.

both pumps are operable and i have checked to make sure the adjustable orifices are open.

where should i start with this problem? thanks!

do you happen to have a valve on the top of the tub where you can select what jets are on? I would start there. Otherwise, check to see if your jets are adjustable, where you can turn the outer ring to turn them on and off individually. Perhaps your volcano jet got turned "on" more than it was previously? Since that is such a large jet compared to the others, having that open will greatly reduce, if not stop, the water flow to the other jets. the opposite would be just as true, if the smaller jets are closed off, the volcano will increase (this all depends on how your spa is plumbed)
