Hi All -

I have a 2004 United Spas hot tub. I love it, with one exception - many of the "roto" jets (pictured below) that came with the spa are failing. These roto jets now 1) pop out of their base whenever I kick the pump to high, and 2) no longer spin/rotate. The rest of the jets are fine. The reason the jets keep popping out is that the rubber "pad" which holds them in place has been softened by 3 years of spa chems, and the reason they don't spin anymore is that (literally) they've worn down the plastic ring inside the jet, and all of the ball bearings have fallen out. I find BB's in the tub all the time... :(

Unfortunately, there are about 12 of these roto jets; nearly all of them are failing. So, I would like to replace these jets. I've snapped some shots of the base and mount, and my question is....is this a universal jet size and/or what should I specify when ordering? I might get something a little less elaborate, I never did care for the spinning action anyway.

Many thanks!

Darn. Jets came today and they don't fit. :( I should've emphasized the "little rubber pad" part. Without the rubber pad, the jets just don't fit.

The new jet:

I searched the site but couldn't find any jets with the little rubber pad.
Any ideas? Do I request an RMA, or ? ?
