I have an 8 year old hydrotools spa that includes an ice bucket. For the past several years I have used the Nature2 cartridges for spa chemical management and I love how they work. However late last year we encountered a problem where the ice bucket fills with water with the pump running at either low or high speed. From the plumbing it appears that the ice bucket drain is supposed to have any water pulled out of it through a venturi attached to one of the jets. The jet seems to be working fine, but the bucket fills with water rather than draining. Where should I look? THanks.
