I have a Hot Springs Model I/O that is about 20 years old. The plastic bezel or ring around one jet is broken (rubber gasket is exposed) and another is cracked. There is no immediately obvious means of removing the jet from inside the tub. How does one go about removing one of these for repair or replacement? Thanks.

Do believe the jet body on the inside on the spa has two dimples or places for a spanner wrench to fit into. Unscrews counterclocwise. Wouldn't do it until you have the parts. Check with your local dealer, or we'd be happy to help. We usually stock those. Reply to scarritt@snet.net
