Hello all, I ran across this forum looking for information on my spa (attached to a pool) problem. When I turn on the blower I get bubbles in the spa, but not the smaller ones you'd expect. We only get huge bubbles that go right to the surface at the jets, not out into the water at all. Any ideas?

My only hypothesis was thinking the blower might be overpowered and trying to shove too much air into the water stream. The jets reach the middle of the spa when the water level gets too low, so I don't think it's a water pressure problem.

Most spas use a blower to introduce air into the seating areas of the spa, for masaging purposes, separate from the jets. Often, jets are plumbed to separate air controls that allow air induction from the passive ventury design of the jets, requiring no blower. If your blower is plumbed like most standard spas, this is what you should expect. If your blower is force feeding your jets (instead of the passive venturi design) then you may have a poorly designed system, either using too much of a blower, or to low of a volume of a jet pump.
