:?: My hot tub is 6 years old. We used Baqua Spa for the first 4 years. We stopped after we were informed that it was eating the plastic in the lights. The jets have started coming out and will not stay in. Now we noticed that the rubber/plastic around the jets has been eaten away. Is this normal. We can't find anyone else with this problem. Anyone has any ideas? In the past 12 months we had to replace all the big jets now the small jets are falling out. HELP !!!!

We can't find anyone else with this problem.....

using the same sanitizer?

Try going back to the basics. Oxidizers like hydrogen peroxide and chlorine are hazardous to just about everything when used to excess... I'd do a double check to be sure you haven't been over doing it all this time.

Your spa is only 6 years old... so it's a newer model. If it had an ozonator, you probably could have reduced your chemical load to a tenth of what you've probably been putting in it and saved the expense of the jets...

??
