I replaced my pump and now when it is heating I get full jet power. If I turn the jets to the on position, They cut down to the power that it should be when heating. I had an electrician install the pump so I am sure the pump is wired correctly. I am lost.

Just a hunch here, but it sounds to me like you switches weren't hooked up in the right sequence. Since you paid someone to hook it up, I might call them back out.
