lost two jets for no apparent reason. All of a sudden nothing, nada, comes out of either one of them. The other three or four jets work fine. I was told they were probably plugged but I would think for both of them to stop at once and the fact that they are completely dead might lead to a different conclusion.

Thought I would ask before I start digging out insulation and pulling plumbing apart.

do the jets have a knurled outer ring? If so see if they will rotate either way. A lot of jets that have this knurling will be adjustable for flow, from full off to full on.

Yes they do. I will give this a try when I'm there this weekend.
