I have what I believe is a Sundance 1993 Maxxus 800 spa. It has some jets that are supposed to spin when the pumps are on, 1 or 2 of them stopped spinning by themselves. I know how to remove the jet mechanism and it has a rubber grommet at the base where it spins from. What is the maintenance procedure to make them spin freely again. I can spin them under water by hand and make the water pump at a different angle but they do not spin freely like they used to. Is there a lube that is supposed to be put on that grommet, or what. Thanks.

Often times what can happen is that the moving parts may become coated with calcium, inhibiting their movement. You can try to soak them in white vinegar for a couple hours to dissolve any calcium mineral build up.
