Try running it with out filters. Did you adjust the pressure switch when you replaced it making sure it ohms open (infinity) with the pump off and closed with the pump on?

I ran the spa without the filter and took one of the levers off to release any air bubbles. The flow switch is like a selenoid with no adjustments just 2 wire connectors on top and 2 elements that screw in a pvc Tee.

Flow switch, not pressure switch. You might try to seeing if something is in it preventing it from working. It could be bad, but junk getting caught inside them will keep them from working. You should be able to ohm check it the same as a pressure switch.

Thx for the reply, the flow switch is brand new and while changing it water ran out freely from the pvc tee indicating there is no obstructions!!!

Do you have an "ohm" meter to test it? Don't take this wrong, but is it installed so the flow is activating it? There should be an arrow or something showing which way the water should flow.

Yes there is an arrow and it is facing the correct direction of the water flow. No I need perhaps to get an ohm meter.

If it is closing when the water is running and that is what the circuit board sees, you may have a bad board. Check ohms at the switch and at the board connection. Maybe a bad connection or bad wire.

when you replaced it, could you have dislodged the connector on the pcb - if so ensure the wires are secure and in place - do not buy a new pcb without a sundance tech plugging in a test plug - this will isolate fault to pcb or flow switch - also check flow switch wire isn't broken or rodent damaged

always use a qualified tech - its safer and cheaper in the long run

Maybe you already checked this, but is there really a flow. I had the same problem, but there was no flow while the circulation pump was running.
After opening the pump I found out that the pump fan was almost disappeared.
Replacing the pump solved the problem.
