I have a 96' Royale that looses 1-2 inches of water over a period of a few days. When I cut the power off it it doesnt seem to leak any more. Upon inspection the plastic pipe that goes to the center jet that comes on and shoots air or water when the tub temperature level needs to be increased is wet and all the insulation around it is soaked.

I am assuming that this is the source of my problem and want to replace any parts that are bad. That being said I dont know how to remove the jet, does anyone know if they unscrew, drill it or how you would take it out? They seem to be made of a metal of some sort with a white seal behind it. And for that matter , can anyone tell me what normally goes bad -- the seal, the jet, the pipe???? As you can see I am a novice at spa repair - please help !!!!

Thanks

Jay

can you post some photos or sketches of the suspect areas in detail? Your descriptions of the problem seem a little vague, and hopfully some visuals will help us understand what you are seeing.

Addendum 1 to earlier post.

I removed the insulation around the suspect hose only to find that it is not the source of the leak. I refilled my tub and turned it on to find the insulation that surrounds all the tubing and and the plexiglass tub shell becomes wet after I turn it on.....

My question is other than removing all of the Tub insulation how do I locate where my leak is actually coming from?
