hav a a Balboa VS510 control pack, 1 2spd pump, 1 1spd pump, circ pump and blower. on initial startup no error codes, get prime display and non of the pumps will start. I can hear the relays click but nothing else, I can activate the blower.

Voltages all check out, and I have checked for air locks.

Any Ideas?

do you have the open cage relays? If so check (with power off) to see if any of the contacts are welded closed (or open)

Problem solved.

It was a very simple mistake. I had miss positioned the main panel breaker.
If you have a federal pioneer stablok panel, make sure to bridge the main breaker between two seperate hot clips. As soon as I did, everything worked.

Thank you for your assistance charger1.
