I have a dakota spa used dont think they make them any more. I converted it to 220 volt. spa seems to run all night long but it is at the set temp. the only settings this spa has is fc f3 f6 f9 i asume filter cycles 3,6, or 9 hours but it runs much longer then 3. so not filtering. maybe did something wrong on conversion. I have fuse with a wire connected to one end but not the other. but i thought that might be for the pump converson. also wont heat on high speed. thought the low amp to high amp would make it heat on both speeds. any help would be great

Hunh? Dakota spa with what?

You've got disconnected wires and fuses and stuff.

No way anybody can assist you unless you post photos or something more. In about 90 percent of these cases, the spa brand means absolutely nothing. You need to talk about the brands/models of equipment you have under the skirt.

This sounds like a balboa system, and that's about as much as I can do with what you've given - and in converting a digital system (an assumption I'm making) you also have to tell it that it has high current capability available; eg > 20 amps. This is usually done via a pcb switch, a pcb (fine pin like a hard drive) jumper, or thru programming the topside control, depending on the brand of controller.

So, what is this?
I have fuse with a wire connected to one end but not the other.

Sorry but this one is a lost cause without extremely detailed explanations and photos.
