I have a Hot springs 2000 sovereign, the power light just blinks and nothing works. I flipped the breakers on/off and it will work for 30secs to 1-2 minutes as did several times. I don't see the typical bubbles from the circulation pump as usual and was getting noisy over the past year. Is this typical behavior of failed Circ. pump, goes on for short time the shuts down?

Most likely. Open up the motor comp door and put your hand on the circ pump. If it just gets hot it is dead. You may be able to get it to come on temporarily by hitting it with something but it will not last long.
