Post subject: HYDROSPA SOLARIS CIRCULATION AND HEAT NOT WORKING

hI, I JUST REFILLED MY HYDROSPA SOLARIS AND THE CIRCULATION ISNT WORKING AND THE HEATER WANT KICK ON. ALL PUMPS WORK WHEN I TURN THEM ON BUT THE WATER ISNT CIRCULATING CONTINIOUSLY AS IT WAS AND WHEN YOU TURN THE HEAT UP THE HEATER DOESNT COME ON. WHEN YOU FIRST TURN THE BREAKER ON PROVIDING POWER TO THE TUB THE DISPLAY SHOWS 01 AND THEN 20 THEN THE TEMP SHOWS ON THE SCREEN. ANY IDEALS?

Could be an air lock in the Circ pump line.
Try backing off the higher of the two connections to the circ pump until water comes out, then re-tighten the union and re-set the spa.
