I have a 1994 Tiger Springs Manora Model M ( serial #240050).

it's 115Volt, 20 amp ( on a dedicated 20amp grounded solo outlet )

I recently replaced the circulation pump ( which is working fine by the way )

For the past few days I've been hearing a "pulsing" noise whenever I walk around the tub (it's a low volume noise, but I can distinctly here a high and low humming ).

last night, the wife and I jumped in the tub for a full moon enjoyment party, and when I turned the jets on, they too would pulse on and off..

This is a new issue, and I haven't done anything to the spa since I last used the jets about one week ago ( it worked fine then ).

Any ideas or advice?

Thank you,

Todd

It could be one of a few things. Dirty filter-try running without it. Low water level. In the spa vessel there is a safety suction screen- it may be clogged.

you were dead on... the filter inlet was clogged with something that looks like remnants of our last "full moon hot tub celebration"

appreciate the help... now just wondering if I should drain the tub, scour it out and fill it again, or if there's an easier way.

That's up to you. I wouldn't as long as you have a free chlorine residual, and the water's clear. However, if you live in a northern climate, now is the time to change the water...usually that will get you into March for your next water change.

Glad to help you, thanks for the chance.
