Every few days, i'm getting a FLO message on my console. I have a Coast Spa Nassau model, with a 6.5 Monster Flow pump. The Flo Message indicates its losing prime.

I simply kill the power, bleed the bleeder valve, turn breaker back on and it works fine.

So, my question is what can cause a pump to lost prime like this? I've checked the connections, and they seem fine. I'm wondering, since the tub is about 6 yrs old now, if the seals on the connections to the pump may be gone possibly.

Suggestions??

Any leaks can cause this to happen but most likely you just need to raise your water level a bit more since the suction may be causing a vortex and allowing air into the system.
