Yes, you can 'fix' the Tiny Might when it starts leaking. There is a 'mechanical' seal between the impeller and the housing, it's siliconed in place but you can replace it. The part you need should be less than $20 and can be ordered at a bearing supply shop. Here's what you need:

Here's what you do:
-Cut the power at the breaker before you do anything.
-Remove pump from spa.
-Remove four screws holding pump cover on (intake) and slide off the cover. This cover has an O-ring seal so don't go jabbing things in there. You'll see the impeller wheel at this point.
-Use small set of needle-nose vise grips and grab the shaft between motor and pump. There will be an opening to allow this.
-Use a 6-point 10mm socket to remove the impeller and set it aside. Be careful, the impeller can easily break. The springy thing behind the impeller is 1/2 of the seal we need to replace. The other 1/2 is in the back side of the impeller (sold as a set.)
-Remove four screws holding pump to motor and slide them apart.
-Use appropriate deep-dish socket to push the seal out from behind. Notice I said 'push' the seal out ..not 'beat' it out.
-Pick the other half of the seal from the back of the impeller. Go easy, breaking the impeller is bad as they do not sell this part. It will come out with very little coaxing.
-Clean out the pump housing where the seal will go. May need some sandpaper to make it smooth.
-Smear a light coating of silicone where the seal will be.
-Push new seal into place in the pump. It will 'bottom out' when it's seated but it does not go all the way to the bottom of the cavity, the lip on the seal is what catches it.
-Push new seal into back of the impeller. You want the SMOOTH side to be out!!

Reassembly is the same in reverse. When you put the impeller on, be gentle. Thread on the impeller until it is all the way on, not just until it touches the seal. Wait for silicone to dry before using, overnight is best.
