Replaced the flo switch and still get flo error. Circ Pump (little red one) is running (very hot to touch) but no water circ. When I bang on the pump enough (when all else fails, hit it) I can get a slight swish sound as if the water is moving thru it but then it stops. I took off both lines to the pump and got a bath so I know water is getting there (no clogs), water also rushed out when I replaced the flo switch.
Otherwise the spa is working, it is trying to heat normally other pumps work fine. FLo goes off with pump 1 and heats away. Temp is right on and heater goes off when I reduce the temp accordingly so I think the temp sensor is fine.
I'm guessing I have a bad pump that seized up and needs replacement.
any other suggestions?

I'm guessing you're right.
Did you notice it wasn't flowing before you replaced the press/switch?

The flo messeage was on and off for a few weeks and then full on the last week prior to switching the switch.
Just topped off the spa today as well (40 today in NJ) and that dropped the water temp right to 86. Running pump 1 got the heat up back to the low 90's where it sits regardless of temp (set above 93-94).
