 Post subject: Is the tub 110 or 220?

I'm working on my buddies hot tub and it is wired for 220 but the pump says 2 speed 115v. It's an old calspa with no blower. Two buttons, jets and light. The thing worked with this pump for awhile I guess, is this normal?

ONLY the heater converts between 110 and 220
