I purchased a SilentFlo 5000 to replace the one in my Prodigy Hot Springs tub. It was a 1994 model and had the Grundfus model in it. The pump I recieved did not include the installation manual (if they come with one). The plug from the Grundfus model had 3 wires (black, white and green). The SilentFlo terminals are two on a post and a third on the base of the pump housing. It would appear the one on the pump housing is for the green (ground wire) but the two on the post are not marked for anything.
Looking from the edge closest to the post, their is a blue wire on the left side leading to a box with another blue wire leading back into the pump housing and a white wire on the right side leading into the pump house. Any one install the cord on a SilentFlo that can let me know which terminal I put the black and the white wires into in relation to the blue and white wires?

If it had come with wiring instructions, (and yes, they do come with instructions provided from Watkins :) ) they state that polarity does not matter. Simply hook up the green to the ground post, and it does not matter which of the two other terminals get the hot or neutral, as long as you don't hook up both to the same terminal (duh!)

Good luck,
