My spa is a Chinook 7 x 7, 2000 pack 2-2 spd 4.8hp pumps. I have had for 2 months it's brand new. I've followed the instructions for raising the temperature and it will not go above 102. Any help will be appreciated.

If it is a brand new tub with digital control, it may be factory set at a maximum temperature of 102. My Sundance has a max temp of 104 and in fact, it is recommended you NEVER exceed that temperature, as most will agree that 104 is the maximum tolerable for humans. Since it is a brand new tub for you, I would contact the dealer and ask them this question, regarding the max temp., and if they are of no help, contact the manufacturer. On some tubs, you can adjust the maximum temp setting.

Hope this helps.
