I'm tryin to convert a Proshield pack from 110v - 220v. This particular pack is model G1515CLSSOG-CA. Inside there is a switch with a 30 amp or 50 amp setting, and 2 plug ins, one labeled 110v and the other 220. So I connected the wires to the 220v plug in, and flipped the switch to 50 amp. Heater is getting 220, but jet pump motor only gets 110... I need to figure out how to get this wired to get 220. Anyone know or know of any documentation or instructions on how to convert one of these?

without anything else to go on, your only way to send 220 to the pump motor is to pull the white wire coming from the pump plug and connect it directly to L2 coming in from the power block.

But you'll have to be sure your pump is rated for it or else you'll burn it up instantly.

Ok, if I switch the white wire, will that not send 110v to the pump all the time?

Also, for some reason the high temp switch kicks out after a few hours. Is it possible that the thermostat isn't shutting the heater off and its just heating the water until it reaches its high limit temp? I noticed that I could turn the thermostat down until it clicked and the heater was still staying on..
