I have a Marquis Therapy System II spa. It has 2 pumps. The main pump always stays on HI even when the switch is pressed. The air switch appears to work as I opened the control pack and saw at least 1 electrical switch being toggled when I pressed the air switch.

Does anybody have any suggestions of where to look?

Does anybody know where to find a schematic so I can troubleshoot the problem further?

Do you have a solenoid actuated cam switch? An air operated cam switch will have either 2 or 3 switches in a stack and is directly operated by the air switch. A solenoid system uses a normally open momentary contact air switch to energize a solenoid that in turn rotates the cam of a 2 or 3 stack switch. Check to see if you have a solenoid, and that the arm of it is free moving.
