If this is an air switch, first thing I'd do is check the air tubing to make sure it doesn't have a cut in it. You'll need to blow into the end and stop the other side to see if it has any leaks. You can get the small hose locally pretty cheap.
Otherwise, for a standard air switch setup, the buttons are like this:
