My old spa has a td command center series 9000 top side control I'm guessing that I need to replace this. Should any top side air control fit and replace it? Its an old Barett Aqualine hot tub with an em-104 pack.

Is the electrical connection, plug, from the top side control to the electrical and heater pack a standard type? Or is this something that should be considered when replacing a top side control?

I think this is a proper replacement. CC234-120 - Command Center Top Side Control, Tri-Delta TecMark

How do I tell if I need Digital or standard?

The digital has a temperature display on it, the standard does not. The one you have in the picture is a standard. Best to stick with whatever version you already have.

New unit installation went fine. All parts fit well I didn't even need to modify the topside hole or drill new mounting screw holes. However my gfi problem continues in the appropriate forum.
