How do you prime a 93 calspa. The hot tub has not been used since 2003. I recently refilled it using a hose and than turned it on. The blower for the bubbles work, but when I try the jets all I hear is something trying to start but nothing happens. What is the proper procedure to starting up your hot tub? Thank you
