Post subject: blower making strange sounds then tripping breaker

i recently had my blower rebuild by morgan and whenever i got it back it makes a very loud strange sound and after running for awhile it will trip the breaker. it will do this even if itis the only thing running at the time. my pack is hooked up as 240v with a 60 amp breaker.
