Do you know if it is a 110v or 220v blower ?
Does the new spa pack put 110v or 220v to the blower?
If you put 220v to a 110v blower it may have fried the blower.

Also when the pump is on the jets are working but not very strong is that because of the blower or not? It feels like the pump is pretty hot after running it for a about 5 or 10 minutes?

I would definitely check the voltages again. The problem with the pump that you are describing sounds like the jet pump may be only getting 110v and needs 220v. We fix thousands of pool/spa pumps and that question/problem pops up all the time.
Does the new spa pack have any jumpers that need to be reconfigured to convert components from 110v to 220v?

I change the one with the red connector to the 220. Here is a picture of the inside of the control box. Maybe that will help, or at least i hope so.
