I have a Jacuzzi Laser Select, Two pump, No air Blower. I am not getting the amount of air out of the jets as I used too. ou can actually look through the water and see bottom when on high. It used to be very rough water. Also, the pump kicks down after a few minutes of running on high.

You may have some sort of clog in your air lines, sometimes if you take an air compressor to the air and water lines you can blow out the clog....Your pumps may be dying and it may be time to replace them (maybe the whole system). Try to get out a clog first as this is the most likely cause of the pumps shutting down after a few minutes, when they cannot push enough water a back pressure builds up and damages the motor causing the Thermal cutoff to turn it off until the motor has cooled off.
