I just want to double check before I order a new blower for an old Coleman tub. I finally found the schematic for it. The old blower is long gone but I still have the pigtail and plug. The tub is wired with the 220v option (but probably doesn't matter) and I just want to make sure I order the correct blower for it. Looking at this schematic: http://www.alliedinnovations.com/pdf/W1701d.PDF Does it require a 110v or 220v blower?
Thanks much,
Robert

Thanks a bunch...That's what I figured. However, when I traced the leads back to the Hi/Lo Air Blower Switch, it shows to go to both L1 and L2(on Hi). I started questioning myself. I just don't want to burn something up when I throw the power back on. I know your right tho...just wanted someone else to back me up...

Hello All, Brand new to this great site.... Just purchased a used late 90's Coleman Horizon 400 Spa. I need to replace the blower, but do not know the voltage as well. My schematic is on page 25 of the manual at http://www.maaxspas.com/manuals/Horizon%20Spectrum.pdf please help, this is the only component I have left to fix and I am ready to fill her up!!! Thanks in advance!!! BTW the schematis shows a 10A 250v fuse in the black line. does this help? Thanks, Tom

The page you reference looks to be a dedicated 240v system (notice there's no neutral wire indicated at TB1). if this is the case, the blower would be 240v. Page 26 shows a convertible system, where the blower is 110v.
You should be able to simply turn on your system, without the blower installed, and text for voltage at the board where the blower would install to determine what voltage if feeding it.

Thank you so much for the reply!!!! So I need to order a 240v blower... Now I need to determine the Horsepower to get. There are approx. 20 or so separate air jets in the seats of the hot tub. I am guessing it needs to be a 1.5 horse power unit.
Will I damage the blower if I get a unit with too much or too little Horse power? Thanks again! Tom
