Unless you've got a press, replacing a motor bearing without damaging it is next to impossible. The expected serviceable life of most pool/spa type motors is about 5-7 years. If you're at or beyond that point I'd consider a new motor. The cost of getting the bearing done at a shop will be close to what you'd spend on a brand spanking new unit.
