I have a 2004 Sweetwater Bahia the spa has been sitting for just over a year since we moved. Got around to hooking it up about two weeks ago had some main pump leaks that I resealed and everything seems good but the ozone output is non existant.

I replaced the ozone with a Del Ozone unit and still nothing. The ozone is powered up and working but it seems that there is no suction at the injector.

Replaced the injector and still no suction. The flow from the Circ pump seems weak and I think that might be the issue but the circ pump flows directly into the heater and I am concerned the heater may have some blockage from deposits and that the low flow issue may be from that.

Has anyone run into this problem and if so how did you isolate the faulty component?
