Hi everybody,
I've been using you folks for info on reviving my new used calspa, can't thank you enough. My last issue with this thing is the pump. I bought a brand new two speed 4hp pump. Works great on high when the jet button is pushed. When on clock mode however the ozonator comes on but not the heater or pump. I put my old cord on the new pump. I am pretty sure i did it right but please give me any input you can. Thanks in advance. Eric

Did you check voltage on the low speed wire?

Did you wire the new pump like the old pump, or like the wiring diagram on the side of the new pump?

I double checked and it's wired like the new pump said. By the sticker on the side.
Is there something the clock sends the signal to turn on the pump? A relay maybe. I'm new at this but I'm gathering that the heat won't come on unless the pump is going, so that would explain the heat not coming on. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I double checked and the pump is wired correctly. Do you have any other suggestions Swine? The clock, or something in between there and the pump?

The power could be coming from a number of places- unless you just want to start guessing, you'll need to pull out a multi-meter and start testing.

Good luck!
