I have done some reading to attempt asking intelligent questions, so here it is.

I have a Jacuzzi, Blue Ridge product, with the 9065T, 9066T, 9067T, schematic listed(understand this might be a Gatsby).

I am getting a PS1 message, with no circualtion pump acivity and the heater cycling on and quickly back off after a few seconds. temp will only rise slightly. Was working fine until it was moved and restarted.

What 's the expert call on this? Is there a manual available for this model??

Well I think you answered your own question.

Check the voltage to the circ pump.
The pump is probably dead.
