Error code showing HL. Thermostat control will work, pump won't kick on. Any help appreciated.

1. Your heater has overheated, and your high temp limit sensor has shut down your system.

Power the entire system down and then power it back up. Make sure the pump runs.

Post back what you find out.

Thanks for the response. Did power it down, thru main circuit, waited few seconds.. Same error code, wih no change. Any more ideas?

If your heater isn't physically hot to the touch, then I'd suspect that the HL sensor is bad on this thing.

It's attached directly to the metal heater case.. easy to find.
