 Post subject: Catalina Spa Counting Down from 005 & keypad now responding.

I have a catalina Spa with a CAT200 display panel, and it is counting down from 005,004,003,002,001,000, then it says COOL. They keypad is not responding and the tub is not doing ANYTHING! I've tried cycling the power from the breaker, but not even the lights or the fiber optics are working! HELP!!!!
