Our 1999 Coleman Horizon 450 Series (1999) spa Topside Control Panel will not unlock. Jets would not stop running so we turned the spa off at the circuit breaker. Had to do this a couple times then the last time we turned it back on the jets had stopped but the Control Panel was locked and would not unlock.

Have turned the spa off for several days and still locked. Replaced Topside Control Panel with brand new panel...still locked.

Everything else is running as usual, heating, cycling but we cannot change temp or run jets or lights.

Any ideas? When do you stop putting money in a spa? Just replaced both pumps within the last year, several jets blew ball bearings and have all been replaced. Leaking air injector hose being repaired now.
