I had always a problem with this two... ICE and COOL. All I know is their was an increase in temperature when something is cool or turming to ice. Anobody who can give me a clear insight on this? Thus ICE means something wrong and COOL means it only normal or vice versa? Thanks

Hi alleonna,
Cool means the water temperature is below set point. (usually 20 degrees).
ICE means the processor has detected potential freezing conditions (usally
around 52 degrees), and will activate all pumps, and blowers.
