I recently noticed my hot tub was not running the periodic cycle and when I went to take a look it has the follow message.. TSC-24 376 REV 04.00 EEPROM 377 REV 04.00 The water is starting to get cold, (in Iowa), so any help would be appreciated Thanks

Did you ever get any response to your question and the error that came up? I had my tub empty for a few weeks and went to fill it as it was it was getting cold here in VA and got the same error message. I ended up powering the system off and on several times through the day and all of a sudden it seems to be working again. I would also like to know what the error meant to see if its an indicator that something is going bad. Hopefully, someone will have some insight on the errors.

I just purchased a used 2001 Dimension One Diplomat and just got it wired up tonight and turned it on and I got the same exact message that you did:
TSC-24 376 REV 04.00 EEPROM 377 REV 04.00
Did you ever find out how to get rid of this?
I tried turning the power on and off several times and it did not do anything.
None of the buttons on the main control work.
Thank you!

Thank you! Exact symptoms. We had the tub empty for ~ 2 months as we hadn't planned on using it. Now that we're ready getting this issue. I've tried powering it off and on 4 times with no change in error. It's freezing here now so maybe that has something to do with it? Thanks.

I figured out what was wrong with my hot tub. (see my previous post above about 2001 Dimension One Diplomat)
It turns out my upper control unit was PLUGGED IN INCORRECTLY.
My upper control unit has two connectors. On mine, the narrow connector must be plugged into the matching narrow connector (4-pin) on the right hand side. There are two 4-Pin connectors in this region on the board. The lower one is the correct one.
The wider connector (5 or 6 pin I think) needs to be plugged in all the way at the top of the board (almost behind the ozonator).
When i purchased my hot tub, only one of the upper control unit connectors was plugged in, and it was in the wrong spot. Now they are both connected correctly and everything is working fine! Closing in on 104 degrees!
i hope you can figure out what is wrong with yours.
