I have a blinking dcp error. Can anyone tell me how to fix it? the book says it must be fixed by the technician, unfortunately, I'M the technician!

DCP error means there is improper input voltage, you can try turning it off for 30 minutes to allow capacitors to dissipate then power it up again, if problem persist they will need to have board replaced or repaired.
