I have never had this problem in two years of ownership. Can anybody tell me what it means? I turned the power off and then on again and turned up the thermostat but it made no difference.

Also where can I get a manual for a Spa-1 spa pack controller. I did not get one with my Gulfcoast Spa.

I am having the same problem w/Morgan Spas Monaco. 3 flashing dots and it will not get any hotter than 79 or 80. Did you get any answers? Thanks.

Of course the right answer depends on your spa controller, but on my spa, 3 flashing lights with the pump om says low flow condition: could be caused by a clogged filter, cllosed cut-off valves, or a problem with the flow switch. The heater circuit has a safety that limits or de-energizes the heater if a no/low flow condition is detected. Hope this helps!
