it is a Morgan Spa with side digital controls 230 volt dual pump system. I am beginning to think it is the heater element. After disconnecting HL lead to check it, it sent out an HL code but upon hooking it back up it cleared the error message

Please keep your responses in the same topic, in the same forum. That is, keep everything right here in this topic from here on out.

With three separate posts in three separate topic forums, I can't follow up properly, or maintain a train of thought on this! So, if you look at the bottom of this message, there is a button that says "Post Reply". Please use that for any follow ups, and keep your specific spa problem here.

Now I'm going to go back and look at all three posts, and see what I can come up with for an answer.

Thanks a lot!

Your initial thoughts may be correct. If I had a picture of the guts of this thing with the top and bottom pics of the control box, (I think, Morgan back then was using their own black box with an imbedded Balboa Instruments™ control system, along with their own heater), then I can show you exactly where to check.

You'll need a simple VOM meter, available at home depot or radio shack. Nothing expensive.... a small cheap one will do just fine.

Post your reply by using the below button that says "Post Reply".

If you have the ability to upload a digital camera picture, then do that also. If it's too large in size, you can email any pics to image91@spanet.net

Thanks.
