I have a Leisure Bay Dream Maker Eclipse spa which has stopped working after being emptied and re-filled. It has a Spa Builder's LX-05 controller. On start-up the three numbers are displayed each for a second or two:

The pump does not turn on (therefore no heat...).

I've unplugged the spa for many days to reset the controller, with no change in symptoms.

Any assistance or pointers in diagnosis would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry but this thing is a horrible piece of equipment on the back end service wise.

Replace it with anything but what it is. I could sell you a circuit board and maybe a topside and sensors, but these things don't have real oem level support anymore that makes sense.
