I just hooked up my first spa for the first time. It is a Discovery Spa model D1100. THe display reads "econo" The second pump won't kick on, and the heat won't break 90 degrees or so. Any help would be appreciated.

If this thing is new, then you need to contact your dealer. Otherwise post back and we'll see where we can go from here.

The system is in economy mode. You need to change it to Standard mode and it will heat up.
