hello i have a weslo paradise spa with a balboa control board. the spa keeps reverting to economy mode after i try to put it into standard mode.

also the pumps and air blower will cycle for no reason and i can not get the display to allow adjustment of filtering time . any ideas? help appreciated.

Sounds like it's time for a new circuit board or topside panel, or both.
