hello:
We just hooked up our new Image paradise spa, filled it with water and turned the heater on and the display says "ICE" then the manual says to call customer service, only they are not there on the weekends??? Anyone know what this means????? and what needs to be done????? The so called owner's manual says nothing about this.
Thanks for any input, we may have a few more questions here in a bit.
Valerie

usually this means that the temperature sensor is sensing an ultra low temperature or freezing condition. If you feel confidant enough, open your spa cabinet, and open your control box, and make sure that none of the connections are loose. It could very well have rattled loose in transport to your location, or you may have a defective temp sensor all together. Let us know if that is the problem!

oh one more thing... before putting your hands into the cabinet, make sure the power is disconnected from the tub! There is some deadly voltages in there!
