I inherited a sundance 1999 cameo model frozen in past... i replaced blown out heater and plastic water flow valve. filled as directed and water held, no leaks... jets started, water flow looked good, PUMPS CIRCULATED, then "WATCHDOG" ---- CAME ON. I checked also all fuses, hi-limit resitance switches, flow valves seemed good, cleaned filters, even gooped up suction(at floor bottom) FILTERS. REFILLED AND MADE SURE NO AIR POCKETS... LEFT OFF LINE(NO POWER) 2 DAYS... STILL WATCHDOG! THE SERVICE PHONE CALL STATES NO WAY TO RESET OR OTHERWISE RESART WITHOUT SERVICE CALL; I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS A CIRCUIT BOARD SINCE IT WAS UP AND RUNNING , NO FREEZE IN LINES, EVEN AFTER HEATER PULLED OFF LINE TO CHECK "OH" STATUS, NO FLOW RE-ESTABLISHED. HELP... I HAVE WORKED ON MY OLD HOT SPRINGS TUB FOR YEARS AND THINK I KNOW MY WAY AROUND THE BASICS!

the watchdog on a spa is almost always a sensor out of range or not connected. Check both your high temp/freeze sensor and your temperature sensor including all connections to the spa control board.
