I have rebuilt my cabinet on my old-school Sundance Royale with the Sentry 605 control system. Everything was working just fine before the rebuild.

Now that everything is back in place, the electricity is back on line the pump or blower do not come on. I can see and hear that the relays are triggering, so it appears that power is not an issue. All GFCI and other resets have been done. Both lights for a 240 volt connection are on.

When I removed the old doors, I took the interlocks and just taped them together (the magnets to the sensors). There are two of these, one for each of the old doors.

This problem appears to be related to the interlock, but I am at a loss for how to fix this. Does anyone have any advice?

Nevermind. Got it working. Had to reset the high limit switch. Thought I pushed it in, but I guess I didn't push far enough. Thanks!

I was just given a Sundance hot tub a Royale.

I think I'm having the same proble as you. the relays that are on the doors have to be in contact with each other before the air bubble will work, is that corret.

because mine is missing the outter doors. and I can hear something click when I push the air bubbles but nothing happens.
